Do not email passwords, session tokens, active join codes, exact location, payment details, or other sensitive information. We will ask only for the information needed to help.
Account and Product Help
Include the product name, the browser or device you used, a short description of the problem, and any non-sensitive error message. For Fugitive Player help with joining, QR scanning, camera, or location permissions, use Fugitive Player Support.
Privacy Requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about data associated with you. Send the request from the email address connected to the account when possible, identify the affected product, and describe the request. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before acting.
Security Reports
If you believe you found a security issue, describe the affected page or feature, safe reproduction steps, and the potential impact. Please do not access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or publish the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
