Fugitive Player Support

Quick help

Get back into the game.

Fugitive Player is used with a live game created by a game organizer.

Join

Need a game code?

Ask your game organizer for the current join link or QR code. A code is only valid for the game it was created for.

Camera

QR scanning issue?

Allow camera access when prompted, make sure the code is well lit and fully in view, then try scanning again.

Location

Location check-in issue?

Allow location access for Fugitive Player and check that the device has a reliable GPS or network connection.

Support chat

Ask Fugitive Support.

Chat answers are generated by the support assistant and are not a live view into your game.
