Fugitive Player
Fugitive Player Terms
The additional rules for participating in Fugitive’s live team game.
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These additional terms apply to Fugitive Player, the browser and mobile player client for a live team game provided by Joey VT LLC. They supplement the Joey VT Terms of Service.
1. Live Game Participation
Fugitive Player is a game tool, not an emergency, navigation, safety, or location-tracking service. Use good judgment, obey laws and venue rules, and do not rely on the game for safety decisions. Your game organizer sets the event rules and is responsible for participant supervision and any required permissions.
2. Permissions and Shared State
Camera and location permissions are optional at the device level, but some gameplay features will not work without them. When you join a game, your player name, team state, task progress, messages, and game actions may be visible to teammates and game staff. The Fugitive Player Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
3. Conduct
Do not share join codes outside your group, attempt to access another team’s data, interfere with gameplay, submit harmful content, or use the app to harass, track, or endanger another person. We or the organizer may remove a participant for misuse or safety reasons.
4. Minors
Fugitive Player is not directed to children under 13. Organizers using it with minors must obtain required parent or guardian permission and provide appropriate supervision.
5. Availability and Contact
Live connectivity, device permissions, GPS, and media services may be unavailable or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, Fugitive Player is provided as available and without warranties. For support use Fugitive Player Support; for privacy questions email [email protected].
