Terms of Service
The rules for using Joey VT LLC websites, games, accounts, and tools.

These Terms govern your use of joeyvt.org and the Joey VT websites, games, tools, accounts, and services that link to them (the “Services”), provided by Joey VT LLC. By using a Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
1. Using the Services
You may use the Services only lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Some Services are experimental, may change, and may not be available at all times. You must provide accurate information where a Service requests it and keep your account credentials and session links secure.
You may not interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits or security measures, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access without permission, or use a Service to violate another person’s rights. These restrictions do not limit activity that applicable law expressly permits.
2. Accounts and Shared Features
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, device, invitation, room code, or shared link. Shared features may show your submitted name, progress, messages, media, or other state to participants or organizers as the feature describes. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account or link has been compromised.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Joey VT the limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service you selected. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not infringe rights, break the law, or contain harmful material.
For Video Host, Wallet Pass Studio, short links, and similar publishing tools, you are responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and legal compliance of what you upload, create, or distribute. Do not use a Joey VT tool to impersonate a person or business, distribute material without permission, or create a pass or link that deceives users.
4. Third-Party and AI Features
Some Services connect to third parties or use AI-assisted processing. Your use of a connected third-party service is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Review feature prompts before authorizing a connection or submitting content, and do not submit confidential or sensitive information to experimental AI features.
5. Games and Live Activities
Games are for entertainment and do not offer real-money gambling, prizes, or wagering unless Joey VT states otherwise in writing. Organizers are responsible for their event rules, participant supervision, and required permissions. Fugitive Player is governed by its additional Fugitive Player Terms.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end access to a Service when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or others; to address a Terms violation; or to comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Deletion and data-request information is in the Privacy Notice.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Joey VT LLC does not guarantee that a Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Joey VT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms. We will revise the date above and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes when practicable. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
